1. 14-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your Living Archive. If you are not completely satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email hello@plantcompanion.online with your account details. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Paddle.
