By accessing and using Plant Companion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Subscription and Billing

The Premium tier ("Living Archive") is billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record, Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. User Data and AI

Plant Companion uses AI models to generate insights and narrative stories. By using these features, you agree to the processing of your plant care data to provide these functionalities.
